Christopher Ryan has 25 years of marketing, technology, and senior management experience, and is a widely known expert in business-to-business marketing, lead-to-revenue modeling, sales strategy, and business startups. As both a services provider and in-house marketing executive, Chris has played a transformative role in driving marketing and sales programs that achieve the desired results and create alignment and synergy between the sales and marketing operations.
Prior to founding Fusion Marketing Partners, Chris served as Vice President of Marketing of SpringCM, the world’s leading provider of on-demand content management solutions. Before that, Chris had been Vice President of Marketing at Stellent, Inc., a $125 million supplier of enterprise content management (ECM) software and services, as well as Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing for FrontRange Solutions, Inc., a $100 million supplier of customer relationship management (CRM) software. Chris was also co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Saligent Software, Inc., a marketing automation software and services company. Earlier, Chris held senior management positions at noted technology firms PeopleSoft, Sybase, and Group 1 Software.
Chris is known as an outstanding communicator and has presented keynote addresses and breakout sessions at numerous conferences on marketing and technology. For three years, Target Marketing magazine named Chris as one of the Top 100 U.S. Marketers. Chris has written four books on marketing and information technology, including the recently published Winning B2B Marketing and has been an instructor and lecturer at the College of Notre Dame, University of Colorado and Montgomery Pikes Peak Community College.
Myron Berg is Partner & Managing Director, Web and Online Strategies for Fusion Marketing Partners. In this role, Myron is responsible for designing, managing and implementing marketing awareness and lead generation campaigns on behalf of clients to build their unstoppable B2B Marketing Machine.
With a breadth of experience with technology, in business and in leveraging the web, Myron provides both strategic insight and tactical B2B Marketing execution to build online B2B market awareness and dramatically grow the top of the sales funnel. This mix of marketing and technical expertise helps the Fusion Marketing Partner team build a highly effective B2B web presence, a powerful B2B marketing engine, and online campaigns that produce qualified lead flow. In addition, Myron works with FMP clients to leverage the infrastructure needed to automate and grow their B2B sales lead engines.
Prior to Fusion Marketing Partners, Myron Berg was Co-Founder and CTO of Bit Weld Technologies, a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of secure file transfer services for professional services organizations. Before that, Myron co-founded Black White Box, Inc. which provided real-time, in-flight data security for information transfer of protected information between computers and removable storage devices including USB sticks. Black White Box was acquired by Vericept, Corp., a leading provider of information security software. Prior to Black White Box, Myron was an early employee at Tellsoft Technologies, a VC funded industry with the first commercially available software for phone-to-Internet content creation and delivery in early 1998. Upon introducing software that supports live Internet broadcasting using any phone, TellSoft became the dominant supplier of technology for automating streaming conference calls.
Myron holds a M.S. in Software Systems Engineering and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
Gail Carson specializes in account management, strategic relationship development, operations and project management to plan, execute and align resources for effective marketing and lead generation. She has a keen eye for finding efficient and innovative ways to drive new business, market awareness and demand through multiple tools and tactics including the very latest in digital marketing technology – leading FMP teams in maximizing ours and our clients’ marketing budget for measurable, impactful results.
Because it is tricky to manage marketing deliverables without seizing up the forward progress of the organization with tools and plans, it is particularity important to enlist a leader with a strong operations background whose primary concern is to support the revenue goals of the company. Along with her extensive experience Gail brings a vital customer orientation to the Fusion Marketing team.
Gail Carson has certifications in marketing automation from Marketo (MCE) and production and inventory management from APICS (CPIM). She has worked for Logistix, Inc., a supply chain management firm working with customers such as Quantum, and Apple Computers, with Sears and Emerson in her capacity of Production Control Supervisor at Western Forge. She has lived and worked in Geneva, Switzerland for the International School of Geneva and College de Leman. Gail holds a MBA in Marketing from the University of Colorado.
Nate Warren is a gifted marketing/advertising/PR writer and editor with more than 20 years of experience across newspapers, startups and agencies. Nate interfaces with internal and client strategists to crystallize B2B or B2C messaging for any medium — on target, on budget and on time.
Nate helps our clients develop case studies, press releases, blog posts, web content, and more, drawing on his experience with high-tech PR firms, startups, government agencies, boutique ad shops, and a wide array of SMBs. Nate’s specialties include copywriting, editing, media outreach, content and blog development, social media management, communication strategy and execution.
He was the senior copywriter for The Denver Post/Denver Newspaper Agency’s Creative Services Department; a launch team member of both a Denver media startup (BIAS) and a Boulder mobile payment solution (Mocapay); and an account executive and go-to writer for Metzger Associates, Boulder’s top tech PR and communications firm.
